Gari Club — member benefits, pricing and rules
Effective Date: 1st June 2026
Drafted from your confirmed membership decisions. These should appear on the signup form for the member to acknowledge at point of sale. Review with Sakri before publication.
Gari Club membership costs TZS 120,000 per year and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Membership is personal to the member and the vehicle(s) registered under it. Benefits cannot be transferred or sold.
Membership renews on payment of the annual fee. We will remind you before expiry. Benefits stop if the membership lapses.
As a member you receive the following benefits, subject to these terms:
Free labour on minor services: Limited to two (2) minor services per year. Parts and consumables must be purchased from Gari.com; otherwise standard labour pricing applies.
Discount on car wash services: Member car wash pricing applies on every visit (e.g. Saloon wash TZS 10,000 vs 15,000 standard; SUV/4WD TZS 15,000 vs 20,000 standard).
Discounted diagnostics: Member diagnostics pricing (TZS 50,000 vs 80,000 standard).
Priority service: Members are attended to ahead of non-members where queues form.
Automatic service reminders: By SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Full vehicle service history: Available in your member account.
Alerts on traffic fines and parking notices: Where this information is available from third-party sources (see clause 6).
Members can save up to TZS 250,000 per year through these benefits, based on typical annual member usage. Actual savings depend on how often you use our services.
Members who join now receive a free 10-Point Diagnostics Check (worth TZS 80,000) on their next visit to Gari.com.
This offer is valid until 31 July 2026. The free check must be redeemed on a visit during the offer period and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Confirm the exact end date you want printed (you said “valid until July” — I have used 31 July 2026; change if needed). Confirm whether the free check is one per member or one per registered vehicle.
The free-labour benefit covers labour only. The cost of parts, lubricants and consumables is charged separately at the applicable rate and must be sourced from Gari.com.
Benefits are tied to the vehicle(s) registered on your membership. Tell us if you change vehicles so we can update your record.
Member pricing and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless we state otherwise.
Some benefits launch progressively and may not be available when you join. Current availability is shown at signup. These may include mobile service, the Gari.com app, insurance premium financing, fuel loans and ride credits.
We are not obliged to provide benefits described as “coming soon” until they launch, and we may change or withdraw planned benefits.
Where available, your account may show insurance status and traffic or parking notices for your registered vehicle(s), drawn from third-party and government sources.
This is provided for convenience only and may be delayed or inaccurate. You remain responsible for your vehicle’s insurance, licensing and any fines.
You authorise our staff to inspect, move and test-drive your vehicle as needed to carry out booked services.
Vehicles brought onto our premises without valid insurance are covered under our premises waiver arrangement, as disclosed by signage at our gate, in these terms, and on your job card.
The uninsured-vehicle waiver wording must be confirmed by Sakri and your insurer (Zeus/Shafii) and must match the gate signage and job card exactly.
The annual fee is payable in full at signup through our supported payment methods.
The membership fee is generally non-refundable once benefits have been used. If you cancel before using any benefit, refund eligibility is at our discretion and subject to Tanzanian consumer law.
Confirm your refund stance: fully non-refundable, cooling-off period, or pro-rata. This must comply with consumer protection rules — check with Sakri.
We ask members to treat our staff and premises with respect. We may suspend or cancel membership for abusive, fraudulent or unlawful behaviour, without refund.
We may update these terms and the benefit list. The current version is always available on our Platform and at reception.
Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to service- related communications by SMS, WhatsApp and email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
By signing up, the member confirms that the information provided is accurate, agrees to these Membership Terms & Conditions, and acknowledges that listed benefits are subject to availability.
